* For items other than hard copy primers and books, the above fee is for copyright clearance, and will be assessed for each student in the course, or each participant in an executive education program. It grants the instructor the right to distribute the materials to the students or participants. And it grants each student or participant the right to print one (1) hard copy of each item. Otherwise, no electronic or hard copy copying or distribution is permitted.
